Richard Harper brings more than 17 years of management and consulting experience and 8 years of line-management experience in the aerospace and electronics industries. He currently works with Fortune 500 companies on the implementation of strategy, operations and information-technology initiatives. His experience spans a broad spectrum of the oil and gas industry, including refining, marketing, gas transmission, exploration and production.
