  • Identifying an opportunity is one thing, getting the affected stakeholders aligned around the need for change is another. We develop recommendations based on both qualitative and quantitative factors to help the organization understand the basis for proposed changes. We find this objective approach to be a key component in the change process.

  • We have a comprehensive approach to solution design. Our approach focuses first on the strategy or process solutions. Then we design the proper organization and identify the skills, management systems, technology and culture required to make it work.

  • Clients often tell us of recommendations that never see the light of day. It's a fact that organizations often struggle to achieve results and make change that sticks.
  • Clients need help implementing change. Creating change requires extra focus, time and energy to overcome the status quo. This can be hard in the face of day-to-day business needs. Our role on behalf of our clients is to actively manage the implementation process. We:
    • Act as program manager to make sure proven paths are followed, activities are focused on results, risks are managed and stakeholders are actively involved.
    • Actively deal with change-management issues to help overcome organizational resistance to change.
    • Augment client skills, capabilities and capacity throughout the implementation process.

Making successful change is measured by how fully our clients' business results are achieved. The ultimate measure of success is whether or not we exceed our clients' desired business goals.
